Back to Clear to work

Cancellation and refund approach

A clear, practical approach if plans change.

We want you to understand what can be canceled, what work has been earned, and how we handle clearly undelivered administrative work.

Cancel before work begins

You may cancel before work begins by contacting Clear to work in writing.

Completed and started work

If a Bid Clearance Check has already been completed or delivered, its $250 value is earned and nonrefundable. If a Bid-Ready Vendor Compliance Rescue has begun, completed work is nonrefundable.

Undelivered work within our control

If Clear to work cannot deliver the agreed administrative scope for reasons within our control, we will work with you on a fair prorated refund for clearly undelivered work.

What is not refundable

There is no refund for third-party delay, missing or incorrect client materials, a rejected application or portal outcome, or an outcome outside Clear to work's control.
