Client service terms

Administrative support with clear boundaries.

These plain-language terms describe what Clear to work can do, what stays with your team, and how we work together before sensitive intake begins.

Administrative assistance only

Clear to work provides administrative assistance: document organization, requirements and checklist tracking, administrative portal entry, client-approved reminders and coordination, and submission assistance. We do not provide legal, insurance, regulatory, safety, accounting, licensing, certification, tax, or other professional advice.

You remain responsible for determining your requirements, checking the accuracy and completeness of all information, approving work, and making or authorizing submissions. We do not fabricate, alter, certify, or represent documents or your business as compliant.

No outcome guarantees

Clear to work does not guarantee vendor approval, contract award, payment release, bid success, insurance acceptance, regulatory compliance, or any third-party decision. Portal, buyer, insurer, agency, or contractor outcomes remain outside our control.

Service scope and deliverables

Bid Clearance Check — $250

We review the materials you provide and deliver a written administrative readiness checklist, missing-items tracker, and deadline map. This service does not include portal work.

Bid-Ready Vendor Compliance Rescue — $1,250

We organize materials, create a tracker and checklist, prepare a packet, prepare client-ready portal entries, coordinate approved requests and reminders, and maintain a deficiency log.

For the Rescue, our target is 72 business hours after you provide available materials, authorized access, and a named point of contact. This is a target, not a guarantee; third-party delays, missing information, revisions, or unclear requirements extend timing.

Your responsibilities before work starts

  • Provide your company or legal name and a named authorized point of contact.
  • Share portal URLs, the bid or onboarding deadline, and the relevant requirement list or RFP.
  • Identify currently available documents and the contacts we may coordinate with.
  • State whether you want draft-only work or client-authorized portal entry.
  • Review prepared entries and authorize final submission unless you separately instruct us in writing within the agreed scope.

Authorization

The signer confirms they are authorized to instruct Clear to work. When you acknowledge the authorization in secure intake, you authorize administrative data entry and document upload on your behalf only within the written scope. You retain final responsibility and may revoke that authorization prospectively in writing.
